Delaware tax returns are due today

Delaware income tax returns must be filed today (Monday), either postmarked in the mail or online.

Online filing has risen in popularity, and nearly 75% of last year’s Delaware returns were filed electronically.  Taxpayers who file over the web may also get a refund two weeks sooner than those who file through the mail.  Delawareans in need of more time may also file an extension to extend the deadline until October 17th.
