Delaware Supreme Court goes on the road

Delaware Supreme Court justices will be on the road today, hearing oral arguments at Widener Law School.
Cases being heard in the school’s Ruby R. Vale Moot Courtroom include a medical negligence case from Sussex County and an appeal from a former school basketball coach convicted of fourth degree rape and witness tampering. This is the fifth year in a row the high court has heard arguments at the law school.
