Delaware gas prices slightly up over past week

Delaware gas prices are heading the wrong way, up two cents over the past week.  The state’s gas average stands at $3.78 per gallon.  The national average is $3.82, a four cent increase over the past week.  Drivers in the middle of the country are seeing the traditional drop in prices usually seen in the fall months, but that is not the case here in the Northeast or on the West Coast.  But it could always be worse.  Drivers in California are paying the highest prices in the country with an average per gallon of more than $4.50.
