Culinary collaboration: Philly’s Men Are Cookin’ 2011 gather for fundraiser

It was a marketplace of culinary ideas and executions Saturday night at the Philadelphia Convention Center for The Ivy Legacy Foundation’s “20th Anniversary” celebration and fundraiser.

As part of the event, The Ivy Legacy Foundation hosted the “Philly’s Men Are Cookin’ – Philadelphia’s Premier Celebration of Taste,” which featured volunteer chefs from both amateur and professional backgrounds.

The chefs prepared and served their signature dishes to hundreds of attendees.

The Ivy Legacy Foundation says as part of the 20th celebration, 20 “stellar” men were honored from the Philadelphia community in the areas of art, education, law, business, sports and several other categories.
