Community ushers in new legislative year with state Rep. Stephen Kinsey [gallery]
State Rep. Stephen Kinsey held a community celebration at Treasures Banquet Hall on Germantown Avenue.
Among others, Kinsey’s predecessor former state Rep. John Meyers, Eighth District Councilwoman Cindy Bass, state Rep. Cherelle Parker and Kinsey’s family were in attendance.
“Everything that I do is not really because of me,” said Kinsey. “It’s because of you. As an elected official I am only as good as the people who put me into office.”
