Planet Fitness will soon open a Germantown location
A Planet Fitness location will soon open in the former Save-A-Lot location at a strip mall near Wayne and Chelten avenues in Germantown.
Work has commenced on the location, tucked away behind a Dunkin Donuts, KFC and Burger King.
This week, Planet Fitness Philadelphia/Germantown started offering $19.99/month pre-opening sales on its website and Facebook page. It is also offering a rate of $10 down, $10 a month.
The franchisee, Tony Rufo, said he expects to be open for business within the next two weeks. NewsWorks will interview him next week for more details.
