Coast Guard rescues three in Atlantic City’s back bay

The U.S. Coast Guard medevaced three people after their jet ski struck an aid to navigation in the Back Bay area near Atlantic City on Sunday.

The Coast Guard dispatched a 29-foot response boat-small crew from Atlantic City at about 3:30 p.m.

The Coast Guard says a man suffered leg lacerations and two children had signs of going into shock and were treated by medical crews. 

Earlier today further North the Coast Guard responded to a boat that ran aground near Brielle, NJ. In that incident a woman suffered a neck and head injury.
