Chestnut Hill Dodgers make a comeback to win Little League championship
The Chestnut Hill Dodgers came back from a nearly no-win season to win the Little League championship for 10-12 year olds.
“The kids came alive,” said Rob Remus, a parent of one of the players.
“We were serious underdogs,” he added.
Throughout the course of the playoff season, the team scored 57 runs and won four games in a row after coming into the post-season in last place.
