A summer salad cooking class will be available on Thursday May 24 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Wave Hill Garden at Morris Arboretum, located at 100 E. Northwestern Avenue. Chef Pam Williams will talk about the season’s freshest veggies and herbs with tangy dressings for the perfect warm-weather supper. The cost per attendee is $45 for non-members and $40 for members.
