Celebrate fall with hayrides, face painting and live music at “Whispers Along the Wissahickon.”The event, hosted by the Friends of the Wissahickon, will be held on Friday, Oct. 19, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Wissahickon Environmental Center, located at 300 Northwestern Avenue. Costumes are encouraged.
Tickets, which include food, beverages, beer and wine, are $30 for adults, $15 for children and $85 for two adults and two children.
