Cherry Hill native revealed as ‘How I Met Your Mother’ mom [spoiler alert]

If you’ve been watching “How I Met Your Mother” for the last eight seasons and didn’t catch last night’s season finale, you should stop reading. Because the woman Ted Mosby’s been searching for all these years was revealed last night. And she’s got local roots.The premise of the show, for those who don’t watch, is about a guy talking to his now-teenage kids as he narrates the show and tells what’s become an eight-year story of how he met their mother. That guy is Ted Mosby, and while the other characters have storylines, Ted’s quest to find his future wife is the real plot.

So who’s the wife to be? Cherry Hill High School East grad Cristin Milotti. Public media fans might recognize her from the Ira Glass- and Mike Birbiglia-written “Sleepwalk with Me.”
