Cat of the Week: Latisha

Latisha (A13941129) is a spunky orange tabby who could use a little love. She sits in her kennel and whines for attention but gets timid, so she will need a little TLC for encouragement. She is about 4 to 6 weeks old. Someone saw her roaming the streets and didn’t want her to get hurt so they brought her to the shelter.
