Philadelphia Police investigators are asking the public to help identify a man who allegedly burglarized an apartment building in East Germantown late last month.

According to police, the suspect entered the property on the 300 block of E. Tulpehocken St., where surveillance cameras reportedly captured him stealing a 40-inch flat-screen television and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police describe the suspect as a bald, stocky black man in his late 20s to early 30s with a full beard. He was wearing a light-colored T-shirt with dark writing on the left chest and back, light-colored pants and black sneakers at the time of the incident.

Police ask anyone with information about the case, or suspect, to call Northwest Detective Division at (215) 686-3353/54 or the tipsline at (215) 686-TIPS, text a tip to PPD TIP (773847) or send it in via the department’s website.
