Burlington County food pantries stocked through the holiday season

Burlington County, N.J.’s 18 food pantries are stocked through the holiday season.

After Republican Sen. Diane Allen led an effort to restock the pantries’ shelves, the Associated Press reports there’s enough food to help those in need for the next five months. Allen, the National Foundation for Women Legislators and California’s Nourish America worked to raise awareness for pantry donations and brought in 10,000 lbs. of food and vitamin supplements.
