Boutique casino developers face tight deadlines in Atlantic City

Companies looking to set up boutique casinos in Atlantic City have roughly eight weeks to get their applications in for one of the two slots.

The Casino Control Commission announced the regulations this morning, as the Press of Atlantic City reports, for licenses to develop small-scale casinos in the resort.

Due by August 19 are the business name and contact information; details on how and where the business is organized and when it was established; and the names of officers, directors, partners and everyone who owns more than 5 percent of shares.  The first deadline is July 8, when companies must let the CCC they’re interested in developing plans.
