Bella Vista townhouse developers present at neighborhood meeting in anticipation of ZBA

Developer Mark Shaw and architecture firm Amburn and Jarosinski presented plans Tuesday at the Bella Vista Town Watch Zoning Committee for 38 townhouse residences to be built where a large parking lot currently exists east of the Italian Market at 8th and Christian Streets.

The Weekly Press reports that though neighbors at the meeting were in favor of the development, there were concerns about parking shortages that would be caused by the planned garages of the new homes, which would strip Montrose Street of parking.
