Over 40 artists gathered along Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill on Sunday for the first “Plein Air” festival.

The artists were live painting and competing for cash prizes and free booth space at the Chestnut Hill’s annual Fall for the Arts festival in October.

Elizabeth Osborne of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and Marsha Moss, Public Art Curator and Consultant, were the judges.
