Armed gunman robs Frankford store

Police are looking to the man who robbed a Frankford store at gunpoint early this morning.

Around 1:15 a.m., a masked man entered the Pantry Food Market on the Harbison and Torresdale avenues, and robbed the store at gunpoint. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

It’s unclear if there were injuries, or if the robbery is related to the June 8 robbery of a nearby 7-Eleven, which occurred on the same block at the same time of night.
