Animal Welfare task force meets

Delaware’s Animal Welfare Task Force meets tonight in Dover to develop a more coordinated approach to animal welfare.

The group was created by state lawmakers in June.  Their mission is to review the state’s animal cruelty laws.  The group will take public testimony in the Senate chambers in Legislative Hall from 7 to 9 p.m.  The task force will deliver its final report to the Governor in March.
