Amidst city budget cuts Mayor Nutter gives Philly Orchestra a $250,000 dollar boost

Leaders of cultural organizations in Philadelphia are concerned about how the city will make future appropriations. The Philadlephia Orchestra received 250-thousand dollars from the city’s cultural fund directly from the Mayor which is not how money is supposed to be doled out.
