Following up on a nationwide survey of the accountability and corruptibility of all 50 states, John Flaherty, president of the Delaware Coalition for Open Government is our guest on State of Play. Flaherty says while Delaware government is more open now than it was a few years ago, there are still improvements that need to be made.
