State police say 25-year-old Wilbert Demosthene, of Pleasantville, was arrested Tuesday and is facing three weapons possession charges.

They say his blood was found in a pickup truck which authorities say was believed to be involved in the Aug. 29 incident that started on the Atlantic City Expressway. Police say he took himself to a hospital in Philadelphia with a bullet wound in the arm.

Twenty-two-year-old Rosemond Octavius was found dead in a car on the Garden State Parkway after the shooting. Three men and a 16-year-old boy shot in another car drove to a nearby convenience store.

It wasn’t immediately known if Demosthene had an attorney to comment.
