Oct. 19
2 a.m. Auto Theft: 5200 block of Germantown Ave. A 2004 Chevy Tahoe was stolen.
6 a.m. Theft: 500 block of W. Coulter St. A GPS, $10 cash and clothing taken from vehicle.
7:30 a.m. Theft: 4800 block of Wayne Ave. Ladies’ handbag taken from unlocked office.
8 a.m. Residential Burglary: 2000 block of W. Wingohocking St. A metal tub was taken from a residence. Suspects arrested.
11:18 a.m. Theft: 2600 block of W. Sterner St. Two cans of bug spray and one 14-count package of maxi-pads was stolen.
4 p.m. Theft: 3300 block of Henry Ave. 2 laptops stolen from school. Suspect arrested.
7 p.m. Residential Burglary: 400 block of W. Bringhurst St. $10,000 of electronics, clothing, jewelry and feminine products were taken.
8 p.m. Theft: 3700 block of Midvale Ave. A wallet containing credit cards was removed from a purse.
11:24 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 2000 block of Dennie St. Complainant shot at while sitting on porch. No injuries.
Oct. 20
2:20 a.m. Theft: 2700 block of W. Allegheny Ave. Aluminum bus radiator stolen. Suspect arrested.
4 a.m. Theft: 3000 block of W. Abbotsford Ave. Six truck batteries taken.
2:30 p.m. Theft: N. 29th St. and W. Somerset St. A motorcycle was stolen during attempted sale.
4 p.m. Auto Theft: 2300 block of W. Atlantic St. A 2003 Saturn Vue was stolen.
Oct. 21
8:30 a.m. Residential Burglary: 4800 block of Germantown Ave. A loaded revolver, coins and electronics were stolen.
10:58 a.m. Theft: 2900 block of N. Broad St. Two containers of baby formula taken. Suspect arrested.
5:30 p.m. Theft: 1900 block of W. Hunting Park Ave. A blue and gold macaw parrot was taken from front porch. Bird cannot fly or negotiate steps.
5:54 p.m. Theft: 2900 block of N. Broad St. Various items from health section taken. Suspect arrested.
7 p.m. Arson: 5000 block of McKean Ave. Paper stuck in gas tank of vehicle and lit.
11 p.m. Auto Theft: 5000 block of Schuyler St. Stolen was a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder.
Oct. 22
12:12 a.m. Theft: 400 block of W. Walnut Lane. Two cell phones taken from vehicle.
6:30 a.m. Theft: 100 block of Berkley St. Scrap metal taken from business.
3 p.m. Theft: 3800 block of The Oak Rd. A jacket and a gym bag containing clothing and shoes were taken from two vehicles; a third was also broken into.
6 p.m. Theft: N. 29th St. and Chalmers Ave. A motorcycle stolen during attempted sale.
11 p.m. Residential Burglary: 2800 block of N. Bailey St. Three televisions and a laptop were taken.
11:10 p.m. Theft: 2800 block of N. 22nd St. Laptop and cell phone taken from vehicle.
Oct. 23
12:50 a.m. Aggravated Assault: 2900 block of N. Taylor St. Man hit with sledgehammer in arms, hands and knees. Suspect arrested.
8:15 a.m. Theft: 1400 block of W. Allegheny Ave. A purse was stolen on a SEPTA bus.
11:30 a.m. Residential Burglary: 100 block of Wyneva St. Sony laptop and hair clippers were taken.
4:24 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 1600 block of W. Luzerne St. Complainant shot at by male with rifle.
9:30 p.m. Auto Theft: 5400 block of Morris St. Stolen was a 2004 GMC passenger van.
11:45 p.m. Theft: 300 block of W. Penn St. School bag taken from outside of residence.
Oct. 24
12:00 a.m. Theft: N. 15th St. and W. Ontario St. Radio taken from vehicle.
5:39 a.m. Residential Burglary: 4800 block of Greene St. Vacant property was broken into; nothing taken.
12:45 p.m. Theft: 2800 block of N. Opal St. 20 Xbox games and $500 cash taken from residence.
6:30 p.m. Theft: 2000 block of Windrim Ave. Wallet taken during dispute.
7 p.m. Theft: 5400 block of Wissahickon Ave. Vehicle ransacked; nothing taken.
7:30 p.m. Theft: 2800 block of W. Somerset St. Unsecured tools taken from boarding house.
7:50 p.m. 4200 block of Germantown Ave. Complainants reported hearing gunshots; vehicle struck by one bullet.
8:38 p.m. Robbery: 5200 block of Wayne Ave. Man knocked over and robbed.
Oct. 25
10:05 a.m. Residential Burglary: 2900 block of W. School House Lane. Complainant reported seeing a man attempting to gain entry to her residence.
12:30 p.m. Theft: 4200 block of Henry Ave. Laptop, iPhone and $25 cash taken from locker.
4:15 p.m. Theft: 4200 block of Henry Ave. Bike taken from bike rack.
4:30 p.m. Theft: 4900 block of Morris St. Theft: Morphine and other medicines taken from residence.
6:15 p.m. Robbery: 1800 block of W. Westmoreland St. Complainant held in choke hold and had cell phone taken. Suspects arrested.
11:10 p.m. Aggravated Assault: 3200 block of N. 15th St. Complainant stabbed in chest with small screwdiver.
