May 16: Lincoln Drive / Kelly Drive – complainant said a fellow driver pulled out a gun during a argument at the location. The complainant said the offender was tailgating him before he switched lanes and pulled in front of his car, causing the complainant to come to a stop. Complainant said he got out of his car and that the offender followed suit. When the complainant saw the firearm, he got back in his car.

May 13, 2011

Unit block Manheim St – seats were cut up, tires were slashed and radio was stolen from a vehicle between 4 p.m. May 12 and 9 a.m. May 13.

400 block W. School House Lane – handgun, laptop, jewelry, a baby bank and three Nintendo Wii remotes stolen from the property. Complainant’s wife said she saw a man standing across the street from the location when she left around 1 p.m. She returned about an hour later.

3600 block Indian Queen Lane – complainant said an acquaintance raped her at 2 a.m. May 13. She said she has been seeing the man for 2-3 months.

May 14, 2011

200 block Earlham Terrace – complainant said two men tried to rob him at gunpoint. One of the offenders was arrested nearby. The other fled on foot.

300 block W. Abbotsford Ave. – Xbox 360, Louis Vuitton handbag, Jimmy Choo handbag, DVD player and two pairs of shoes were stolen from the property between 4 p.m. May 12 and 1 a.m. May 13. Complainant said the front door may not have been shut at the time.

4500 block Fernhill Road – complainant said he and a friend were approached by two men, who robbed them at gunpoint. The offenders ran off with nothing.

2100 block W. Venango St. – police saw a man taking items from a construction site and loading them into a work van. The foreman for the site identified the items as his belongings. The offender tried to steal multiple pieces of re-bar and four steel doors with frames. The offender was arrested.

N. Broad St. / W. Glenwood Ave. – GPS, cell phone charger and a computer stolen from a truck between 11:30 p.m. May 13 and 1:30 a.m. May 14.

May 15, 2011

4300 block Kelly Drive – wallet and a Blackberry cell phone were stolen from a 2011 Honda Pilot.

3500 block N. 17th St. – complainant said a woman hit her with a bottle during a dispute at the location. The offender was arrested.

1700 block W. Erie Ave. – 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee stolen between 11 a.m. and 4:55 p.m. May 15. Complainant said the car contained an umbrella, two canes, 20 CDS, shoes and some potting soil.

3200 block N. 22nd St. – 1987 Polaris 250 four wheeler and a 2007 Honda TRX 3000 four wheeler were stolen from a business at the location. The owner said he got a call at 7 a.m. May 15 informing him that the gate to the business was open.

Unit block Manheim St. – two freezers, two laptops and a Panasonic flat screen TV stolen from the property between 12:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. May 16.

300 block Berkley St. – flat screen TV and DVD player stolen from the property between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. May 16.

Unit block Wyneva St. – Toshiba laptop and loose change stolen from the property between 6-11 p.m. May 15.

200 block W. Chelten Ave. – two telephones, fax machine, computer monitor and tower stolen from the office between 3 p.m. May 13 and 8:50 a.m. May 16.

4100 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said six males surround and attacked him on his way home from school. Complainant said he was punched and hit in the back with a brick. Complainant said he had several altercations with the offenders prior to this attack.

1700 block W. Tioga St. – complainant said someone robbed him at gunpoint at 6:30 a.m. May 16. The offender ran off with a wallet, cell phone, $40 and an Access card.

2800 block N. Bailey St. – complainant said someone raped her while at a party at the location.

2900 block N. Stillman St. – 32” inch TV, Wii console, four Wii games and $40 stolen from the property between 9:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. May 16.

2200 block W. Allegheny Ave. – IBM laptop stolen from a 2008 Dodge Caravan between 5-5:30 p.m. May 16.

3000 block Fox St. – 10-speed mountain bike stolen from the property between 8:05-8:09 p.m. May 16. Complainant said the bike was not secured at the time.

May 17, 2011

4200 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said someone hit her in the head with an unknown object while she was trying to break up a fight between her sister and another female. Complainant was taken to the hospital where she received eight stitches.

3600 block N. Broad St. – complainant said two men attacked and attempted to mug him while inside a subway station at the location. Complainant said one of the offenders grabbed him. The other struck him behind his right ear with a handgun. The two offenders then ran up the steps. Nothing was taken.

2800 block N. 27th St. – complainant said an acquaintance stole her debit card and withdrew $323 from her account. She said she handed the offender her wallet to safeguard while they were out on a date. When she got the wallet back early the next morning, she noticed the card was gone.

2100 block W. Clearfield St. – T-Mobile cell phone stolen from a 2011 Porsche.

May 18, 2011

3500 block Scotts Lane – air conditioner stolen from a restaurant between 8 a.m. May 17 and 7:55 a.m. May 18.  Complainant said the property has been closed for renovations.

2900 block Abbotsford Ave. – 2006 Buick Lucerne stolen between 8:30 a.m. and 12:50 May 13.

400 block W. Chelten Ave. – Xbox game system, four paddles, Playstation 3, two paddles and an Xbox Kinect stolen from the property.

1400 block W. Westmoreland St. – radio stolen from a 1997 Grand Cherokee Laredo between 6:30 p.m. May 17 and 10 a.m. May 18.

3700 block N. 15th St. – Dell XPS computer and a 32” LCD TV stolen from the property between 6:45 p.m. May 17 and 8 a.m. May 18. Complainant wasn’t sure if the back door was locked at the time.

1900 block W. Bristol St. – 42” flat screen TV and a video camera stolen from the property between 2:30 p.m. May 14 and 4 p.m. May 18.

3200 block N. Broad St. – various items estimated to be worth $400 were stolen from a drug store at the location.

3300 block N. Broad St. – Cannon camera stolen from the office building between April 28 and May 17. There were no signs of a forced entry.

3600 block N. Sydenham St. – complainant said a cab driver raped her in the back of his cab and then dropped her off at her home.

2400 block W. Allegheny Ave. – book bag, two iPod Nano devices and a Garmin GPS stolen from a 2008 Toyota Highlander between 7:30-11 p.m. May 18.

3000 block N. 23rd St. – DVR, Acer monitor, cash register, modem router, keys, chain fan and $4,000 stolen from a grocery store. The store’s security cameras showed that two men entered through the roof, took the items and broke the security cameras.
