4700 block Wissahickon Ave. Stereo system, various food items and $1935 were stolen from a restaurant at approximately 6:45 p.m. Nov. 12. Complainant arrived to find the alarm system cut from the inside, the ATM pried open and the cash register emptied.

2700 block Roberts Ave. Apple iPod Touch stolen from a 2007 Nissan sedan between 3:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 12.

3200 block W. Penn St. 1997 Honda Accord stolen between 12 and 7 a.m. on Nov. 12.

3400 block N. Sydenham St. – Tom-Tom GPS system stolen from a 2009 Toyota sedan between 7:30 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. Nov. 11.

2200 block W. Hunting Park Ave. – Three Compaq laptops and a cash register containing $175 stolen from a business between 5:30 p.m. Nov. 10 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 12.

3600 block N. 16th St. 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 stolen between 9:00 p.m. Nov. 11 and 10:00 a.m. Nov. 12.

2900 block N. Taney St. – Two televisions, two DVD players, three cable boxes and more was stolen from an apartment. Complainant said his landlord allowed two acquaintances to take the items while he was serving a prison sentence. He said the two sent text messages to people trying to sell the property.

2700 block N. Hemberger St. Complainant said an unknown man punched him in the head on his way home from work.  He was taken to the hospital and received stitches to his forehead.

2200 block W. Cambria St. – Complainant said she was forced into an alleyway and raped by an unknown male Oct. 23.

 

November 13, 2010

5100 block Wayne Ave. – Complainant said she was raped at gunpoint and then chased by the offender afterwards. She was later transported to the Special Victims Unit.

3500 block Judson St. Radio, two front seats, rear seat and driver side airbag were stolen from a vehicle sometime after 10:30 a.m. Nov. 12.

3400 N. 17th St. – Wallet containing various credit cards and $400 was stolen from the complainant between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3.

1900 block W. Lehigh Ave. – 2001 Pontiac Montana stolen between Nov. 10 and Nov. 12. Complainant said a friend drove him home after a night of drinking. When he returned to retrieve his car, it was gone.

1500 block W. Indiana Ave. 1992 Lincoln Town Car stolen between 10:00 a.m. Nov. 12 and 11:00 p.m. Nov. 13.

November 14, 2010

3900 block Ridge Ave. Desktop computer, Comcast modem and charity box were stolen from a store between 7:00 p.m. Nov. 13 and 10:00 a.m. Nov. 14.

200 block W. Chelten Ave. Laundromat employee said someone stole his cell phone while he was in the back of the business.

3200 block N. Carlisle St. Tools and copper pipes stolen from a basement between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Nov. 14.

3400 block N. 20th St. Complainant said two women stabbed him in his left arm and hand. He was taken to the hospital for his wounds. His girlfriend was arrested and taken to the Northwest Detective Division.

2700 block W. Seltzer St. Complainant said she and her daughter were attacked by a group of women wielding heavy chains. The mother was struck in the head and taken to the hospital. She said she has been fighting with one of the women on an ongoing basis.

2900 block N. Broad St. Purse containing house keys, $300, a cell phone and an ATM card was stolen from a vehicle between 3:45 – 4:15 p.m. Complainant said she was shopping at Pathmark Supermarket at the time.

3100 block N. Hemberger St. Complainant said he was shot several times by an unknown man armed with a black semi-automatic handgun. Complainant was taken to the hospital for his wounds. The scene was processed by the Northwest Detective Division.

2900 block Judson St. Complainant said she was knocked unconscious after an acquaintance threw her to the ground during a fight at a party. She said the offender lives in the area, but she doesn’t know him personally. Complainant was taken to the emergency room.

 

November 15, 2010

3200 block Henry Ave. – Complainant said his child’s mother and her daughter confronted him wielding a tire iron and a crow bar.  The father and a witness jumped into a vehicle and sped away.

3300 block Henry Ave. – Dell laptop stolen from an unlocked classroom between 8:15 p.m. Nov. 9 and 8:00 a.m. Nov. 10. The computer was last seen after a staff meeting.

300 block Earlham Ter. Acer laptop stolen from the property between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 15.  Several family members had access to the computer.

4500 block Ridge Ave. Various tools were stolen from three different trucks between 2:00 p.m. Nov. 12 and 7:00 a.m. Nov. 15.

4500 block Wayne Ave. 2007 Buick Lucerne stolen. Complainant said her son left the keys in the ignition while making a quick stop at a store.

3100 block N. Bancroft St. 1999 Buick Regal stolen. Complainant said she left the car parked at the location several weeks ago after it caught fire.

 

November 16, 2010

Unit block W. Seymour St. – Xbox game system, DVDs and a 47” flat screen TV stolen from the property between 8:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. Nov. 16.  Complainant said the first floor window was open when she returned.

300 block W. Chelten Ave. – Dell laptop and a briefcase stolen from an apartment building between 7:00 p.m. Nov. 15 and 7:00 a.m. Nov. 16. Complainant said the property was under construction at the time.

1700 block W. Erie Ave. Playstation game system, IPod and two Playstation games stolen from an apartment sometime after 12:00 p.m. Nov. 13. Complainant said he noticed the items were missing after an acquaintance left his home.

3800 block Germantown Ave. – Gateway laptop stolen from a 2010 Toyota Camry between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 16.

2400 block W. Allegheny Ave. 2010 Dodge Charger stolen between 5:50 and 5:55 p.m. Nov. 16. Complainant said he had left the key in the ignition and the car running.

2000 block W. Clearfield St. 1995 Nissan Altima stolen between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 16. Complainant said he left the car after getting a flat tire.

 

November 17, 2010

3400 block Judson St. – Apple laptop, Wii game system and a 50” Sony flat screen TV stolen from the property between 12:30 and 7:00 p.m. Nov. 17. Complainant said the kitchen door was open.

4400 block N. 15th St. Complainant said his friend backed him into a corner with his pit bull ready to bite and stole his cell phone and $60. The friend was stopped by police.

1700 block W. Hunting Park Ave. Complainant said he was attacked by a group of guys inside the high school’s lunchroom. The offenders were arrested.

1400 block Erie Ave. Complainant said someone snatched her purse while she was walking. In addition to the purse, the offender stole $375, and two pill bottles, one containing Percocet, the other morphine sulfate pills.

4400 block N. 16th St. Xbox game system, various games, a 46” Vizio TV and a Kenwood CD player stolen at approx. 8:00 p.m. Nov. 17.  Complainant said he saw two men walking out of the front door of the house. There were no signs of forced entry.

3000 block N. 27th St. – Complainant said a student broke his left ring finger after he grabbed the offender by the forearm to stop him from fleeing the building. Complainant is a behavioral health specialist assigned to the school. He said the offender has behavior problems.

 

November 18, 2010

300 block W. Queen Ln. Complainant said an acquaintance threatened her with a scissors during a verbal fight. There were no injuries.

2700 block N. Hollywood St. – Three assorted boxes of die cast cars, assorted Looney Toons porcelain figures, Lionel train set and a stereo speaker stolen from the property between 9:50 p.m. Nov. 17 and 8:00 a.m. Nov. 18.

1400 block W. Pacific St. – 9mm automatic handgun is missing from the property. Complainant said he last saw the firearm at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 15 and noticed it was missing at approximately 10:20 a.m. Nov. 17.  He said his family and roommate had access to the room.

4200 block N. 17th St. 32” TV was stolen from the property between 11:15 a.m. and 9:50 p.m. Nov. 17.

3100 block N. Bancroft St. Complainant said his wife stabbed him in the upper right side of his chest with a steak knife. The husband was taken to the hospital. The wife was arrested on location.

2000 block Cambria St. 1999 Ford Taurus stolen between 4:00 p.m. Nov. 17 and 12:15 a.m. Nov. 18. Complainant said his mechanic was working on the car at the time.
