2017 Art All Night – Trenton [photos]

One of Trenton’s secrets is that it’s a fun place to see art.

Probably the best example is its annual 24-hour festival called Art All Night – Trenton in the Chambersburg-section of the city.

It is held in one of the large Roebling Wire Works factory buildings. This is where giant cables were made that were used for many of America’s major suspension bridges in the first half of the 20th Century like the Brooklyn Bridge, George Washington Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The event is known for keeping guests enthralled for a full 24 hours with live music, a silent “disco” and food trucks. This year the event started on Saturday at 3 p.m. Organizers say the event annually attracts nearly 20,000 people over the 24-hour art marathon.

The photos above show the event’s final hour on Sunday afternoon.

To give you an example of how the event looks at night, I’ve included a few photos here by Delonte Harrod he took on the Saturday night of the Art All Night – Trenton event in 2015.
