The “Positively Dover” Festival is an African American festival; Since the founding of the Festival in 1991, it has become a signature event for the City of Dover and the State of Delaware. It is held annually on the fourth Saturday in June, on the Legislative Mall.

The all-time favorite family play returns to the RSCT schedule. In this two actor production the girl plays Dorothy and the guy plays everyone else. All the familiar characters take the stage: the brainless scarecrow, the cowardly lion, the tinman, witches good & wicked and, of course, the wizard. It’s a tour de force performance sure to amaze and delight! Epworth United Methodist Church, Rehoboth Beach.
