2 young women missing from Northwest Philadelphia [updated]

Update: Philadelphia police have said Leticia Young and Kamille Devlin have been found and returned home.

Philadelphia police are looking for two young women who seperately went missing from Northwest Philadelphia this month in unreleated incidents.

 

Thirteen-year-old Leticia Norton was last seen at her residence on the unit block of Carpenter Lane on Saturday, June 20, around 7:15 p.m. Norton is 5’1″ and weighs about 125 lbs. She is described as having a thin build with brown eyes and long brown hair. She was last seen wearing a blue belly top with blue jeans.

Kamille Devlin was last seen on June 10 leaving her residence on the 7600 block of Rugby Street. She was on her way to visit her boyfriend who lives on the 1600 block of East Stiles Street. Delvin is 21 years old, 5’10” and about 195 lbs. She has brown eyes and braided hair. She was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt and black yoga pants.
