16 year-old mom, newborn twins missing from Northeast Philly

Police are searching for a 16-year-old Philadelphia girl and her twin newborn daughters.
Philadelphia police say Ruth Johnson left her Tacony home with week-old Faith and Grace after a verbal altercation Thursday night.
They say Ruth is 5-foot-2 and 130 pounds, has brown eyes and straight black shoulder length hair.
She was last seen wearing light blue pants and a black jacket.
Police ask anyone with information on Ruth’s whereabouts to contact detectives at 215-686-3153 or call 911.
