12-year-old recognized for Frankford activism

For Daniel Tobin, living in Frankford goes beyond going to school and playing with his friends.

The 12-year-old was recognized Tuesday at the Pennsylvania Downtown Center‘s Townie Awards ceremony. Tobin received the award for his work with the Frankford Main Street Corridor.
