Memorial Park progresses, but is still far from being realized

Efforts are underway to construct a memorial park at the site of last year’s deadly building collapse.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke about the initiative with Nancy Winkler.  Her daughter Anne died that day.  She also serves as Philadelphia City Treasurer and co-chair of the Memorial Park Committee.
