    Philly is a real restaurant town, and it takes a lot of hands to create a great dining experience.  We read about celebrity chefs, we chat with the servers and bartenders when we’re enjoying a meal at our favorite bistro or new discovery.  But there’s lots of other folks working outside of the limelight and the front of the house.
