    Thanksgiving week is a holiday for many, but for some, it’s the busiest time of the year. That’s the case for farmer Maryann Thompson of Birches Cranberry in Tabernacle, New Jersey.

    If she wasn’t working flat-out this week, many Thanksgiving tables would be missing a key ingredient.
