    The notion of designating a park in response to last year’s deadly building collapse does have its detractors.  Among them, Liz Spikol, Home and Real Estate Editor for Philadelphia Magazine.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with Liz Spikol about a column she wrote citicizing the idea of the park.
