    The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has amassed millions of dollars through property seized via civil asset forfeiture.

    Both the means and ends of the process have come under scrutiny, with the latest look detailing how a man whose charges were dropped nevertheless had his house seized and sold.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller talked about the issue with Investigative Reporter Isaiah Thompson.
