    Philadelphia’s had its share of police officers and chiefs whose accomplishments and fame are known well beyond the city’s borders, like Frank Rizzo and John Timoney.  But the most decorated cop in Philadelphia history is the focus of a new book by historian, author, and Philadelphia resident Harold Gullan. 

    That would be Mike Chitwood, now serving as Upper Darby Police Superintendent.  Both Gullan and Chitwood spoke with NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller.
