Leaders in West Chester will host the “Courageous Conversation Conference” at West Chester University April 18.

The idea is to bring together people to talk about race, gender, sexual orientation and culture — and how biases affect the way people interact with one another.

West Chester Mayor Carolyn Comitta and Dr. Lisa Croft of St. Paul’s Baptist Church talked with NewsWorks Tonight’s Brad Linder about the conference.
