    New studies from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission confirm what many in the area have noted anecdotally: that there are fewer cars on the road and more mass transit riders, pedestrians, and commuting cyclists.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with DVRPC Associate Director of Systems Planning Chris Puchalsky about the trend.
