New survey shows Americans lack understanding of own government

227 years ago today, the US Constitution was signed, and its anniversary is being celebrated in Philadelphia and across the country by new and continuing efforts to develop citizenship in a new generation of Americans–many of whom are no longer exposed to the kind of civics education of past years.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller talks about efforts to turn that around with Kathleen Hall Jamieson, Director of the Annenberg Center for Public Policy at the University of Pennsylvania.
