    The recent shooting of a gorilla in a zoo in Cincinnati focused attention on endangered species and the loophole that allows them to come into the United States.

    U.S. Rep. Brendan Boyle, who represents parts of Philadelphia and Montgomery County, is urging the federal Fish and Wildlife Service to end what he calls its endangered species “permitting scheme.” He joins NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller to talk about the issue.
