AxisPhilly: No-bid contracts still a problem at Sheriff’s Office

    Even as the Nutter administration and city council consider creative ways for the cash strapped city to generate money for the cash strapped school district, cronyism and insider deals are alledgedly part of how the Philadelphia Sheriff’s Office conducts business, and that’s even after a recent series of announced reforms.  It’s the topic of an AxisPhilly Article by reporter Isaiah Thompson.  NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller spoke with Thompson about what he found.
