A story of Nazi theft and the quest for justice

    Listen

The internationally observed Holocaust Remembrance Day begins at sunset Wednesday.

That’s when attendees at Main Line Reform Temple will hear a remarkable account from Dina Gold, co-chair of the Washington Jewish Film Festival and a senior editor at Moment Magazine, the largest independent Jewish magazine in North America.

She will talk about the first-person account related in her book, “Stolen Legacy: Nazi Theft and the Quest for Justice at Krausenstrasse 17/18, Berlin.” It details how she used her skills as a former BBC reporter to investigate and prove her family’s claim to a large piece of German real estate.

She joined NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller to give the full account.
