Anne Hoffman reports health stories for WHYY. She's an award-winning producer and youth radio educator. Journalism has taken her to the bustling metropolis of Santiago, Chile and the quiet streets of the Navajo Nation. As a reporter, Anne places a premium on deep listening and getting the story right. Trained by the Kitchen Sisters and UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism, Anne got her real start in radio when she was 16 — as a youth producer at Washington D.C.'s WPFW station. Hopefully their archives don't go back that far.
