Vince Fumo’s political legacy

    Assessing impact of Vince Fumo on Pennsylvania politics. Last week, the political powerhouse state senator announced he would not seek re-election. Fumo said it wouldn’t be fair for voters to assess his candidacy while there is a cloud over his head. Fumo is scheduled to go to trial this September on a 139-count corruption indictment.
