Thomas Long, is a singer/songwriter from the Gettysburg, PA area, with 30+ years experience as a musical performer. He started his career as a drummer in a classic rock band with his two brothers, both of whom are guitar players. In 1990, Thomas retired his drum kit, made the switch to guitar, and now prefers to perform the “easy” music of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, like songs from such great artists as Cat Stevens, Neil Young, Eagles, Paul Simon, John Denver and more. His performances have touched the hearts and souls of his listeners, and brought back memories of good times and the carefree moments of days gone by.
Along with a great selection of light easy classics, Thomas also performs some of his own original songs, blending old and new musical styles.
