The U.S., Israel and Iran: Reaction to the Netanyahu speech

In his speech to Congress yesterday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reiterated his strong opposition to the nuclear deal being negotiated between the U.S. and Iran. He repeatedly issued stern warnings about such an agreement and warned that it would not prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons but “will all but guarantee it.” We’ll talk about the speech, discuss the political reaction to it, and explore the foreign policy issues involved with ILAN GOLDENBERG of the Center for a New American Security and NATAN SACHS of the Brookings Institution.
