ListenBritish-born Jo Frost has been a nanny since she was 18 years old. But for the last 10 years, she has been a super Nanny, starring in her own reality TV series by the same name. It’s been highly successful and seen in over 49 countries on both sides of the Atlantic. She is best known for her ability to, as she puts it, “hold a mirror up to parents” so they can see directly their role in the families difficulties. As such, she takes a very direct yet compassionate approach to structure and discipline. She is the author of four books including her most recent Toddler Rules.
