Sudan and the International Criminal Court

Last week, the International Criminal Court put out a warrant for the arrest of Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir on charges of genocide. Eight days before that, nine peacekeeping troupes were ambushed and killed in Sudan. We get an update on the humanitarian crisis, prospects for peace negotiations, and the response of the international community.
