Study: Tax burden on Philadelphians has gone down relative to suburbs

    Families considering moving to or staying in Philadelphia versus the surrounding suburbs are informed in part by the relative tax burden.  Historically, Philadelphia doesn’t rank very favorably against suburban towns.  But that’s changing according to a new study put out by the Pew Charitable Trusts Philadelphia Research Initiative.
