Former Chairman of the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), SHEILA BAIR, will explain how she was one of the first people to identify and assess the subprime crisis of 2008. Currently a Senior Advisor to the PEW Charitable Trusts, she’s working as part of their independent, non-partisan ‘Systemic Risk Council” by helping to reform the banking system. A new book of her inside account of the financial crisis is “Bull by the Horns: Fighting to Save Main Street from Wall Street and Wall Street from Itself.”
